Ferg Chivayo: The Man Behind Aveli
Known to many as Ferg Aveli or simply Chivhayo, Ferg Chivayo founded Avelion FC with a dream to develop football talent in Zimbabwe.
Born and raised in Harare, Ferg's passion for football began at a young age. His vision for Aveli was to create a club that not only competes in Division 2 but also nurtures young talent and gives back to the community.
Under his leadership, the club has grown from a small community team to a recognized name in Zimbabwean football. The G6 group of players, known as Manumber, has become synonymous with the club's fighting spirit.
Ferg's philosophy is simple: hard work, dedication, and always moving forward - or as we say, "On On!"

From humble beginnings to competing in Division 2, the story of Avelion FC
2020: The Beginning
Ferg Chivayo establishes Avelion FC with a small group of local players in Harare. The motto "On On" is born.
2022: The G6 Emerges
The famous G6 group, also known as Manumber, forms the core of the team and becomes known for their exceptional chemistry.
2024: Division 2
Avelion FC competes in Division 2, establishing itself as a competitive force in Zimbabwean football under the leadership of Ferg Aveli.

The heart and soul of Avelion FC
The G6 represents the core group of players who embody the fighting spirit of Avelion FC. Known as Manumber among fans, this group has become legendary for their dedication, skill, and unity.
Each member of the G6 brings something unique to the team, but together they form an unstoppable force on the pitch. Their chemistry and understanding of the game make Aveli a formidable opponent in Division 2.
